This Privacy Policy explains how TaskWall ("TaskWall", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the TaskWall mobile application and website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1.Information We Collect

Account information. When you register or sign in, we collect your username and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address, display name, and a stable Google account identifier (we do not receive your Google password).

Payout information. When you request a withdrawal, we collect the payout account you provide (for example, your PayPal email address) so we can send your reward.

Device and technical information. To operate the Service and protect against fraud and abuse, we automatically collect:

• Device and browser identifiers, including a device fingerprint and hardware fingerprint we generate;
• IP address and approximate region/country derived from it;
• Device and software attributes (device model, operating system, language, app version);
• The advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / AAID) for advertising and measurement.

Anti-fraud signals. Because rewards have real monetary value, we collect technical signals used to detect fraud and multi-accounting, such as indications of emulators, rooted devices, VPN/proxy usage, automation, and duplicate devices or accounts.

Usage information. We collect activity within the Service, including tasks and offers you view or complete, coins earned and spent, withdrawal history, in-app messages, and feedback you submit.

2.How We Use Information

• Create and secure your account, and let you sign in;
• Show you offers, surveys, videos, and other tasks, and credit the coins you earn;
• Process and pay out your reward requests;
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, and violations of our terms;
• Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Service;
• Communicate with you about your account, tasks, and support requests;
• Comply with legal obligations.

3.Advertising & Analytics

We work with third-party advertising and measurement partners to show ads (including rewarded video) and to verify completions:

• Google AdMob and other advertising partners may use your advertising identifier and device information to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Offer and survey partners (offerwalls) provide the tasks you can complete. When you open a task, you may be directed to the partner, who processes information (such as your task identifier and completion status) to verify your reward. These partners have their own privacy policies.
• Analytics (such as Google Analytics) help us understand aggregate usage of the Service.

You can limit personalized advertising by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your device settings ("Ads" or "Privacy" section).

4.How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With advertising, offer, survey, and measurement partners, as needed to serve tasks and verify completions (as described above);
• With service providers who host, operate, and support the Service on our behalf;
• With payment providers (such as PayPal) to deliver your rewards;
• Where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of TaskWall and its users, including to detect and prevent fraud.

5.Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, process rewards, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6.Your Rights & Choices

• Access and update: You can view and update account details (such as your username and payout account) within the app.
• Delete your account: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email below. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
• Advertising choices: Reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings to limit personalized ads.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7.Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords and restricting access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9.Third-Party Links and Offers

Tasks and offers may take you to third-party websites or apps that we do not control. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

10.International Users

TaskWall is operated online and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such processing consistent with this Policy.

11.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
