TaskWall is a free rewards app. You complete offers, app trials, surveys, and watch videos to earn in-app coins, then redeem them for real rewards such as PayPal cash. Below are answers to the most common questions.
Open the Tasks tab and pick any task — an app to try, a survey, a sign-up offer, or a rewarded video. Follow the instructions on the task page. When the partner confirms you completed it, coins are added to your balance automatically.
Some tasks credit within minutes; others (surveys, app trials with in-app goals) can take a few hours or up to a few days, because we only credit after the offer partner confirms your completion. You can track status in My task records.
Coins are the in-app currency. The exchange rate is shown in the app (by default 1,000 coins = 1 USD). Your withdrawable balance is shown in both coins and its USD value.
Go to Me → Withdraw, link your payout account (for example, your PayPal email), and request a withdrawal once you reach the minimum. The minimum withdrawal amount is shown on the withdrawal screen.
Withdrawals are reviewed manually to prevent fraud and are typically paid within a couple of business days after approval. New accounts may have a short cooling-off period before the first withdrawal.
Withdrawals can be delayed or declined if our anti-fraud checks flag the account — for example, VPN/proxy use, emulators, multiple accounts on one device, or a payout account already linked to another account. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support (below) with your username.
Welcome bonuses and some promotional coins are "virtual" coins that are not withdrawable. Coins become withdrawable only after a task is confirmed by the offer partner.
Most offer partners require you to turn off any VPN or proxy and use a normal connection — tasks are targeted by country and won't load correctly through a VPN. Also make sure you have a stable internet connection, then reopen the task.
Crediting depends on the partner confirming your completion, which can take time. Check My task records for status. Make sure you completed every step the task required (some need you to reach a level or stay installed for a period). If it still hasn't credited after the stated time, contact support with the task name and the date.
Make sure notifications are enabled for TaskWall in your phone's Settings. On some phones you may also need to allow the app to run in the background ("Autostart" / "no battery restrictions") so alerts keep arriving.
On the login screen tap Forgot password?, enter your username, and we'll email a 6-digit reset code to the email linked to your account. Link an email in Me → Account settings so you can always recover your account.
Open Me → Account settings → Delete account in the app, or visit our account deletion page. Deletion removes your personal information; some records may be retained as required for fraud prevention and accounting, as described in our Privacy Policy.
